Terms & Conditions:
This contract covers 6 preventive Maintenance and any breakdown calls, which will be solicited with in 24 Hours.
This contract does not covers any spares to be replaced.
This contract is void is serviced by other Mercury Info Tech Personal’s during the contract period.
This Maintenance contract does not cover any damage due to misuse of the system or against riots, power problem, fire or such natural calamities.
Mercury Info Tech reserves the rights to take the system to its service center for further investigation if not serviceable at your site.
This Maintenance contract is not transferable on sale and should inform Mercury Info Tech in the event of shifting the system.
Service Engineers visit / Report will be given to the person concerned and the same should be maintained as your official records.
We take no responsibilities for any loss of your data due to virus of misuse of your software or installation of other programs or on such situations.
